Salary Offered

1) Plan and execute promotion activities to meet target plan,
2) Plan and execute promotion activities to meet target plan,
3) Create marketing channels and connection with business owner, related field personnel, and authorities to enlarge volume of loan portfolio,
4) Conduct field activities in such of loan assessment, collateral evaluation, and overdue loan recovering,
5) Ensure all loan profiles comply with internal policies, guideline, and regulation,
6) Responsible for preparing and submitting of loan application to Credit Supervisor and Credit Manager,
7) Monitor on risk management related to loan portfolio and overall performing and report to Credit Supervisor on periodic basis
8) Other task assign by Credit Supervisor.

Job Requirement

- Female or Male
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, and other
- Minimum 2 year experiences as credit function with MDIs, MFIs or Bank (Prefer from Bank)
- Experience for hunting and processing large loan (Corporate, Business, SME, and Micro loan)
- Good understanding of credit analysis and result oriented
- Good at collateral evaluation and legal process
- Expert in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power point, Outlook, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Flexible, friendly, team work, and goal oriented
- Good at English language proficiency
- And good in time management
